Aaron Fultz, Jeff Martin and Mike Villano combined on a two-hitter Friday as the Giants scored all their runs in the first three innings and defeated the JetHawks, 4-0, at Municipal Stadium.

A double by Jesus Marquez and a single by Scott Smith provided the only offense the JetHawks could muster against Fultz, who struck out four and walked two in six innings. Martin threw two perfect innings of relief and Villano allowed one baserunner in the ninth.

The JetHawks’ Greg Wooten was touched for six hits and all four runs through six innings. Todd Niemeier, who pitched two innings of scoreless relief, gave up two hits.
