Woman Is Killed in Offramp Crash

COSTA MESA — A woman leaving the Costa Mesa Freeway early Sunday was killed when her car collided with a car traveling up the offramp, authorities said.
The collision at the West Wilson Street offramp left Bertha C. Urbina, 26, of Costa Mesa dead at the scene.
Three passengers in Urbina’s car were injured. Two of the passengers were taken to Hoag Memorial Hospital Presbyterian in Newport Beach, the other to Western Medical Center-Santa Ana.
The identity of the passengers and their conditions were not released by the California Highway Patrol on Sunday.
The driver of the other car, and a passenger in his vehicle, were also taken to Hoag. Their names and conditions were not released.
