Playskool Recalls Infant Carriers: The toy maker is recalling about 38,000 Playskool Fold ‘N’ Travel infant carriers because of the danger that babies could fall out and be seriously injured, the Consumer Product Safety Commission said. Hasbro has received reports of seven children suffering serious head injuries after falling from the carrier, sold by Playskool Baby Inc., a subsidiary of Pawtucket, R.I.-based Hasbro Inc., from April 1991 through 1993, the commission said. For information on the recall, consumers should call the commission at (800) 447-7707.
