Municipal Code Available Online
Cyber-savvy residents of Thousand Oaks, put down the mouse and take note.
The city’s municipal code is now available online, so people no longer have to lumber down to City Hall to check information on dog licensing requirements, teen curfew regulations or other rules and ordinances.
“The city receives frequent inquiries regarding items covered under our municipal code,” said City Clerk Nancy Dillon in a news release. “By putting this document online, we hope to assist those who have a computer and a modem to find the answers to their questions quickly and easily.”
The municipal code is accessible through the Thousand Oaks Bulletin Board at 449-2168.
The Thousand Oaks Bulletin Board also allows residents to view City Council and Planning Commission agendas, reports and minutes as well as selected data from city departments. Users can also send e-mail messages to city staff. Information on bulletin board, call 449-2152.
