Independence Festival to Have Talk, Dancing

Irvine Valley College’s MEChA Club will sponsor a Mexican Independence Day celebration from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday at the Student Services Center.
The college is at 5550 Irvine Center Drive.
