Kurri to Make First Appearance Tonight

Share

Coach Ron Wilson will field a more representative lineup for tonight’s exhibition against the New York Rangers at the Pond than Sunday’s rookie-dominated squad.

Jari Kurri will make his Duck exhibition debut, playing on a line with Finnish World Cup teammate Teemu Selanne. Neither played in a 2-0 loss to the Kings on Sunday.

Rookie Mike Leclerc, who had 111 points for Brandon of the Western Hockey League last season, will be the third member of the Kurri-Selanne line.
