LACO Plans Benefit

The Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra will headline an Oct. 5 benefit concert for the African American Unity Center as part of a series of neighborhood concerts.

The concert, at West Angeles Church of God, 3045 Crenshaw Blvd., at 7 p.m., also features conductor and pianist William Eddins and the Cambridge Singers. Tickets for the concert range are $10 to $25 and are available at the Unity Center, 5300 S. Vermont Ave., or by calling (213) 789-7300.
