With a major portion of Arizona’s football team hailing from California, facing USC is a matter for elation. Except the Wildcats are having trouble coming up with enough tickets for friends and family.

Each player is given two tickets per game. They can be traded or given away to teammates based on need. There is plenty of need since nearly half of the Wildcat roster is from California, and a large majority of them are from the Los Angeles area.

“This is the game I’ve been waiting for forever,” freshman quarterback Keith Smith said. “This is going to be awesome. There are a lot of people coming down from my hometown of Newbury Park alone. I’ve got about 150 people coming. I’m not lying. That is for real.”
