More Arrests in Alleged High School Theft Ring
Three more teenagers have been arrested in a string of at least 20 holdups allegedly involving members of a high school football team, bringing to nine the number of students taken into custody.
All of the teenagers attend Granger High School in suburban West Valley City.
The latest arrests took place Thursday afternoon and overnight. Six members of the football team had been arrested Tuesday and at least one of the three latest suspects is also on the team.
Investigators said at least three other students are wanted for questioning.
