Disabled to Get Help Aboard Small Planes

Disabled airline passengers will receive the same help boarding small commuter planes they already get when flying bigger aircraft under new regulations announced by the Department of Transportation. The rules will force commuter airlines and airports to provide equipment to help the disabled board smaller airplanes.
