Angel Ticket Prices Not Going Up

There’s good news and bad news about ticket prices for Angel games at Anaheim Stadium for the 1997 season. Although club officials announced Wednesday that prices will not increase, they also announced no $5 pavilion seats will be available because of major stadium renovations.

Ticket prices will range from $7 to $14.50 and the stadium’s capacity will be approximately 31,000, down from 65,593 last season. The capacity will increase to 45,000 in 1998.
