Richard Dean Anderson, Robert Loggia and Daphne Zuniga star in NBC’s “Pandora’s Clock,” airing Sunday and Monday at 9 p.m. on Channel 4. In the four-hour thriller, Anderson plays an airline captain who can’t get clearance to land at any European airport after a passenger, who has been exposed to a deadly virus, collapses on his Frankfurt-to-New-York flight.

PBS counters with “The Great War,” Sunday at 9 p.m. on Channel 28. The ambitious eight-hour documentary explores the social, cultural and personal impact of World War I through the stories of individuals whose lives were changed forever by the global conflict. The series continues through Wednesday.

After loyal viewers and law enforcement officials voiced their disapproval when its original version was canceled, Fox premieres “The New America’s Most Wanted: America Fights Back,” tonight at 9 on Channel 11. This season, the series will place emphasis on such topical issues as victims’ rights, child protection and revolving-door justice. John Walsh returns as host.
