Planning Agency OKs Burbank Office Project
The Burbank Planning Commission voted 5 to 0 to approve plans for a 585,000-square-foot office complex in the city’s media district, where rapidly growing entertainment companies have gobbled up most of the available commercial space. Snyder Co. plans to start construction on the approximately $131-million complex this spring and complete the low-rise project within two years, Snyder partner Cliff Goldstein said. The project must still win final approval of the City Council, which is scheduled to vote on it next month.
