The Anteaters have had 10 days to mull over their 100-88 season-opening loss to San Diego State. The extra practice time will help. Freshmen Brian Johnson and Juma Jackson looked good in their first college games, but sophomore point guard Lamarr Parker looked a little shaky with 10 turnovers. All need more game experience. They will get that from Washington State. The Cougars return two starters, guard Isaac Fontaine and forward Carlos Daniel.
