Mile-Long Display
Griffith Park’s mile-long festival of lights opens tonight in a display that is being billed as the biggest such event in this part of the nation. Spectators can drive along the route or park in designated lots and walk the bridal path.

TIMES: 5:30 to 10 p.m.
TREE LIGHTING: 5 p.m. today
ROUTE: Runs roughly from the zoo to past the golf course

From Golden State Freeway heading north: Exit Los Feliz Boulevard
From Golden State Freeway heading south: Exit Los Feliz Boulevard
From Ventura Freeway heading east: Exit at Victory Boulevard
From Ventura Freeway heading west: Exit Zoo Drive
