The Midway City Sanitary District has installed new officers for 1997.
James V. Evans was appointed president of the district, which serves 90,000 households in Westminster, Garden Grove and Midway City.
Other new officers are Margie L. Rice, president pro tem; Grace P. Epperson, treasurer; and Russell C. Paris, secretary.
