Towed Streetcar Derails, Injuring Three People

SAN FRANCISCO —
A streetcar being towed for repairs derailed Sunday, striking five cars and slightly injuring three people, officials said.
The streetcar was being towed to a nearby garage when it came loose and slid down a hill.
The streetcar’s operator and two people in a car were hurt. They were treated at a local hospital for minor injuries, officials said.
