The Kings played without two of their most consistent players when forwards Ian Laperriere and Ray Ferraro were not in uniform for Monday night’s 3-2 victory at Calgary because of injuries.

Laperriere sat out Monday’s game because of a hip injury.

Ferraro, who leads the team with 18 goals, missed his first game of the season because of a neck injury.

Dan Bylsma and Dimitri Khristich are the only Kings who have played in every game this season.

Yanic Perrealt injured his back, and defenseman Aki Berg suffered a concussion from a check against the boards by Calgary’s Ron Stern in the second period.
