Forward Rodney Rogers, who underwent plastic surgery Wednesday after breaking his nose when he was elbowed by rookie guard Allen Iverson in Tuesday night’s victory over the Philadelphia 76ers, looked like the Phantom of the Sports Arena in the protective mask he wore in Friday night’s 94-92 victory over the Toronto Raptors.

Rogers, who missed three of four shots in 15 minutes and had three points and one assist, said the mask didn’t interfere with his vision.

The Clippers, who have played four consecutive sub-.500 teams, play six of their next eight games against teams with winning records, including the Detroit Pistons, Lakers and Houston Rockets.

“We’ve got a tough road trip coming up [a seven-game, 12-day Eastern trip at the end of March and the beginning of April], so it’s good to wrap up as many wins as we can,” forward Loy Vaught said. “The travel is going to get hairy.”

The Clippers won eight of 12 games in February, the first time they’ve had a winning month since April 1993.
