Trail Blazers’ Trent Involved in Bar Fight
Associated Press
Portland Trail Blazer forward Gary Trent reportedly hit a man with a pool cue after the unidentified man threw a drink in his face at 2 a.m. Saturday at a Portland bar, the Portland Oregonian reported.
No charges have been filed.
“It was self-defense,” Trent said. “The guy had a little too much to drink and it got out of hand. It was an unfortunate incident. I wish it didn’t happen.”
Police refused to identify the 37-year-old injured man, who was treated at a hospital.
