Duck update--Their franchise-record 12-game unbeaten streak is over after they lost a two-goal lead in a 4-3 loss to Colorado on Friday. But this game is even more important, with Edmonton only two points ahead of the Ducks, who are seventh in the Western Conference playoff race. Goalie Guy Hebert, who broke his own club record by starting his 20th consecutive game Friday, is one victory from 100 in his NHL career.

Oiler update--They have come back to the pack in the middle of the Western Conference playoff race after a 1-6-2 stretch last month, but have won four of their last seven and two in a row. Center Doug Weight leads the team with 72 points, but Ryan Smyth, 21, is first in goals with 31. The Oilers haven’t fared well against the Ducks this season, going 0-3-1 and being outscored, 14-7.
