The Tustin Public Schools Foundation has reached its fund-raising goal of $1 million.
The nonprofit group launched the “Imagine a Million” campaign in March 1994 after Irvine Co. agreed to match each dollar donated. The company delivered on its promise, boosting the $500,000 raised by the foundation to $1 million.
The money will go toward technology and science equipment for the district’s high schools, officials said.
