Damaged Sidewalks
* If Jim Washington, the city’s chief street-use inspector (“Paved With Broken Seams,” March 17) thinks people already rely too heavily on government, then return my property tax money and I’ll repair the sidewalk, trim the city trees and do all else the city never seems to have enough money to do!
