New City Manager to Be Named Today

The City Council has called a special meeting today to announce its choice for city manager.
Stephen B. Julian retired from the position in July.
The contract of interim City Manager Dayle Keller, who did not seek the position permanently, expired this week.
She served at her last council meeting Tuesday amid effusive praise from officials.
Today’s 8:30 a.m. meeting will be in council chambers, City Hall, 33282 Street of the Golden Lantern, Suite 210.
