* After reading Jerry Hicks’ June 5 column on the mail problem, I now know why we get our mail 2-3-4-5-6 o’clock. What puzzles me is that we’ve been getting our mail 2-3-4-5-6 o’clock for the last 15 years, and we’ve been complaining for 15 years.
