Comarco Inc.: The Yorba Linda provider of wireless communications products reported net income of $1.3 million, or 24 cents a share, for its fiscal second quarter, ended July 31. That was 18% higher than $1.1 million, or 20 cents a share, earned in last year’s second quarter. Revenue for the three months rose 30% to $21 million this year from $16.1 million. For the first six months, Comarco’s net income was $2.4 million, or 45 cents a share, a 9% increase from $2.2 million, or 41 cents, earned in last year’s first half. Revenue for the period rose 26% to $41.1 million this year from $32.5 million.
