Seau Still Questionable
San Diego Charger linebacker Junior Seau practiced again Thursday but shed no light on whether he’ll play in Sunday’s season opener at New England.
Seau underwent arthroscopic surgery on Aug. 4 to repair torn cartilage in his left knee. At the time, the team said he would be out at least four weeks. He returned to practice on Wednesday and is listed as questionable on the injury report.
“If I have to go, can I go? Yes I can go. But are we willing to risk it? I don’t know. That’s the question that’s going to be answered on Sunday,” Seau said after practice Thursday.
