Folk Suspended Indefinitely
Boston University player LeVar Folk was suspended indefinitely from the team after a verbal confrontation with Coach Dennis Wolff on Thursday.
Folk, a point guard, was called into Wolff’s office and asked if he had skipped a test. Folk then tried to get people to lie about it for him, according to The Boston Globe. Wolff had intended to suspend him for a game, but that was before Folk reportedly had a verbal tirade that nearly became physical.
Folk apologized to Wolff. But Wolff said the suspension will be in effect for the foreseeable future and there’s a chance Folk won’t return.
