2 Men Arrested in Investigation of Marijuana Sales
Authorities say two men spent a night in County Jail after sheriff’s deputies arrested them on suspicion of possessing more than $11,000 worth of marijuana.
Vincent Harry Siciliano, 44, of Ventura and Stephen Martin Kerr, 45, of Oxnard were arrested Monday night following a three-week investigation into marijuana sales in Ventura and Oxnard, sheriff’s officials said.
Authorities said they seized 11 pounds of marijuana in Siciliano’s truck and Oxnard home, where they arrested Kerr.
Both men were released from jail Tuesday after posting $10,000 bail each.
