Investigators with the Ventura County Sheriff’s Department are asking for help in locating three people wanted for outstanding felony warrants.

Investigators are searching for Daniel Anthony Stack, 33, of Moorpark, who failed to appear for a scheduled court date. Stack, who has previous drug convictions, was scheduled to face additional drug charges as well as charges of receiving stolen property.

His last known address was on Majestic Court in Moorpark.

He is described as about 5-foot-7 and weighing 150 pounds, with brown hair and green eyes. He has distinct scars on both hands.

James Paul Fletcher, 56, and his wife, Tracey Laverne Fletcher, 42, are both wanted on outstanding warrants. Their last known address was 1382 E. Hillcrest Drive in Thousand Oaks, but officials believe they fled town July 1.

James Fletcher was arrested last year for allegedly molesting a child, but was released after posting bail. He then failed to make a scheduled court appearance.

A former employee of Ambertek Systems Inc. of Newbury Park, James Fletcher is described as about 5-foot-10 and weighing 175 pounds, with gray hair and brown eyes.

His wife is wanted for grand theft.

Also known as Tracey Busse, she allegedly stole several thousand dollars worth of property from an elderly woman for whom she was providing home health care.

She is described as 5-foot-3 and weighing 224 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Investigators are encouraging anyone with information about these three people to call the Ventura County Crime Stoppers’ hotline at (805) 385-TALK or (805) 494-TALK.

Tipsters may call anonymously and if the information leads to an arrest and conviction, they could receive rewards of up to $1,000, officials said.
