MISSION VIEJO — Plans for a 120-unit senior housing development will be presented today to the City Council.
The project would create 80 units for assisted living and 40 special care units for seniors with Alzheimer’s disease.
Owned by Paragon Cos., the development is planned for about 3 acres near Crown Valley and Marguerite parkways.
The project would be the third senior housing development approved by the city since March. The other two, totaling 228 units, are planned near La Paz Road and Country Club Drive.
There was no opposition to the Crown Valley Parkway project at a Planning Commission meeting last month.
The 6 p.m. meeting will be held at City Hall, 25909 Pala. Information: (714) 470-3000.
