Demond Daniels caught nine passes for 225 yards and touchdowns of 17, 50 and 27 yards.

“We were not planning on passing so much but we had to do what the defense gave us,” said El Camino Real Coach Rick Hayashida. “I thought it was our poorest performance this year.”

The Conquistadores (4-0) had 442 yards of offense but were penalized 10 times for 95 yards.

“This team is very versatile,” Fredette said. “We can throw or run, whatever the defense gives us.”

Fredette also gained 82 yards in 17 carries.

Wright, slowed by a foot injury, was held to 18 yards in six carries and scored on a four-yard run and a 26-yard pass play.

After falling behind, 40-0, the Chancellors scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns behind backup quarterback Matt Cassel, who connected with Kieron Barkataki for scoring pass plays of 24 and 13 yards.
