Khristich Is Winging It Well for the Bruins

Share

Former King forward Dimitri Khristich might not have been a dressing room favorite with his old teammates, but he has fit in nicely with the Boston Bruins at right wing.

Khristich, who led the Kings with 56 points last season, scored his third goal of the season Wednesday night as he helped lead the Bruins to a 5-3 victory over the Kings.

Teamed with center Mike Sullivan and rookie left wing Sergei Samsonov, Khristich was steady and had several good scoring chances. It was his score in the second period that sparked a three-goal burst within 1:42 that gave Boston a 4-1 lead going into the third period.
