Shuttle Route Extended to Meet Downtown Bus Line
The city is extending its Uptown Area Rapid Transit shuttle into Old Pasadena to connect with the bus line that serves the downtown area.
The 17-mile uptown route that originates in east Pasadena now includes a loop through Walnut Street, Raymond Avenue, Green Street and Marengo Avenue in Old Pasadena. Riders can connect to the downtown route at stops on Colorado Boulevard and Green Street between Raymond and Marengo, city officials said.
A fourth bus also is being added to the increasingly popular uptown route to ensure regular service every 30 minutes, officials said.
