Arcadia 35, Hoover 3--Richard Searing completed 12 of 16 passes for 316 yards and four touchdowns with two interceptions for the Apaches at Glendale High.
Searing’s scoring pass plays covered 39, 45, 56 and eight yards to give Arcadia (5-2, 1-1) a 28-0 halftime lead.
The Tornadoes (1-6, 0-2), who were held to 39 yards in the first half, scored in the fourth quarter on a 30-yard field goal by Riviera Nazarian.
Josh Marmolejo had two interceptions for Hoover.
