It seems once again the focus is on the Internet. Because information is readily accessible is no reason to scapegoat this medium. The same drug recipe is available in books. An individual can get the same insight by visiting any survival bookstore or leafing (no pun intended) through an issue of High Times.

The focus of this news story should be on parental guidance and individual responsibility. The teenager allegedly acted on public information. The responsibility factor lies within each individual as to whether or not they act on this newfound knowledge.
