Council OKs Building of 133-Room Hotel
The construction of a four-story, 133-room hotel at Haster Street and Garden Grove Boulevard was formally approved Tuesday night by the City Council.
The Candlewood Hotel will stand on about 5 1/2 acres owned by the city’s Redevelopment Agency.
The site is vacant, and council members praised the addition of a hotel to the area.
