‘97 Venice Biennale Sequel Set in October

A sequel to an educational program staged earlier this summer in conjunction with the 1997 Venice Biennale in Italy is planned for October.
Participants will be housed on the island of Lazzaretto Nuovo and transported to the sprawling exhibition, which represents contemporary art from 58 nations.
The program includes discussions of the exhibition, visits to museums and galleries, musical performances and artists’ talks.
Ten-day, two-week and three-week sessions are offered; all begin Oct. 6.
Reservations deadline is Sept. 19.
