GMS Dental Purchases
YORBA LINDA — GMS Dental Group said it has acquired two northern California dental groups with a total of six offices and 35 dentists.
GMS said Tuesday it acquired Fremont Dental Group and Santa Rosa-based Annadel Dental Care. Financial terms were not disclosed.
Yorba Linda-based GMS now has 19 offices and 91 dentists in four states.
