Goodwill to Test Applicants for Training Program

Candidates for the Goodwill Industries computer/clerical training program will be tested Wednesday at Goodwill’s office, 350 Cactus Drive in Oxnard.
The program is a six-month course that covers keyboard training, Windows 3.1, Windows 95, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, office procedures and job search skills.
People with disabilities are encouraged to apply. Funding sources for the course include the state Department of Rehabilitation and the Workforce Development Division.
Testing is by appointment only and on a limited basis. Additional information is available at 983-3414.
