EMB Corp. said Tuesday it has signed a letter of intent to purchase Investment Consultants Inc. of Aurora, Colo. Terms weren’t disclosed.
Investment Consultants does business as Equityline Financial Services Inc., which is a mortgage banking company. EMB Mortgage originates home loans.
