Zodiac Plays Long Island Tonight at UCI

The Zodiac hosts the Long Island Rough Riders at 7:30 tonight at UC Irvine’s Anteater Field in an A-League men’s soccer game.

The Zodiac (0-1) lost its first game, 1-0, to Seattle on April 15 after having its scheduled season opener rained out.

The Zodiac will be without forward Steve Patterson, formerly of Foothill High, and midfielder P.J. Polowski, formerly of UC Irvine and Fountain Valley High. Each received red-card ejections in a one-minute span late in the first half against Seattle. Long Island is the defending Northeast Division champion.
