*** Tijuana No!, “Contra-Revolucion Avenue,” BMG. A provocative mix of hard-core guitar, angry vocals and Andean flutes, Tijuana No!’s third album continues pushing the band’s agenda of creating chaos while denouncing social and political injustice. Rapper Frost guests on the scathing “Stolen at Gunpoint,” while singer Cecilia Bastida (who has since left the band) delivers a marvelous version of the Clash’s “Spanish Bombs.” Clunky at times, but always intriguing.
