Veronex Technologies Inc.: The Irvine firm, which designs, develops, licenses and supports computer software products, reported net income of $1.2 million, or 18 cents a share, for the first fiscal quarter, which ended May 31, compared with a net loss of $70,000, or 1 cent a share, a year ago. The company’s revenue totaled $2.1 million for the first three months. It generated no revenue a year ago.
