Relatives of Missing Man Seek Public’s Help

Hain Chow is described as being 5 feet 8, weighing 135 pounds, thinly built with a light complexion. He was wearing a multicolored, red-flowered shirt and a khaki overcoat. He has trouble hearing, and he speaks little English
