Authorities Seek Help in Tracking Fugitives

The Ventura County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public’s help in locating four fugitives.

Michelle Lee Brown, 22, was arrested for possessing and being under the influence of drugs. She pleaded guilty but failed to appear in court for sentencing. Her last address was in the 100 block of Ramona Street in Ventura.

Brown is white, 5 feet 2, 110 pounds and has blond hair and blue eyes. She has a skull tattooed on her right calf, two hearts on her chest and a moon and roses on her shoulder.

Danette Corrine Rossiter, who also uses the last names Lopez and Lomer, was convicted of theft and placed on probation. She did not complete probation and was also rearrested for using drugs. She failed to appear in court after being released from jail. She has prior theft convictions.

Rossiter’s last known address was also in the 100 block of Ramona Street in Ventura. She is a Latina, 5 feet 3, 110 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. She has a butterfly tattoo on her left breast.

Also being sought is David Allen Cooper, 44, who lived in the 12000 block of Hillside Drive in Moorpark. At one time, he also lived aboard a boat at the Ventura Marina.

Cooper was convicted of drug possession and placed on probation. He failed to comply with the terms of that probation, authorities said.

Cooper is white, 6 feet, 210 pounds and has blond hair and brown eyes.

Olaf Gustav Karlsen, 26, was arrested on suspicion of possessing and selling drugs. He was released when charges were not filed, but such charges have since been filed.

Karlsen has lived in Oxnard and Port Hueneme and may have checked into a Oxnard rehabilitation facility. He also may be working at an Oxnard gymnasium. He does not have a car and travels by bicycle or on foot.

He is white, 5 feet 7, 200 pounds and has brown hair and brown eyes.
