WINNIPEG, Canada — Jason MacDonald scored twice and Patrice Tardiff scored the go-ahead goal at 9:50 of the second period Friday as the Manitoba Moose extended its winning streak to seven games with a 4-2 International Hockey League victory over the Ice Dogs.
The Ice Dogs also lost rookie center Patrik Stefan for two months because of a head and neck injury suffered last week against Houston. Stefan has 23 points in 20 games.
