The 12th annual Holiday Home Decorating Contest will be judged Thursday night and winners will be notified by Monday. The La Palma Cultural & Beautification Committee’s contest judges houses and apartment complexes in seven categories, including best homemade decorations and best decorated street. The awards for first, second and third places in all seven categories will be presented at the Jan. 5 City Council meeting.
