Safety Issues for Potrero Road
Re “Proposed University Given Grant,” Dec. 9.
The alternative fuel vehicle grant for Cal State Channel Islands leads by example. Great notion!
But when and if the school gets going, it will be peopled with high-spirited youth. Because the school is approachable only by Potrero Road, some thought should be given to constructing beefy road guards along that road’s mountainous portions.
This display of prescience would help save the lives of the budding Stirling Mosses sure to be attending classes there.
