PTA Seeks Items for Silent Auction
PTA leaders at Westlake Elementary School are looking for business owners or residents who have something of value to donate to the school’s auction Feb. 20.
Whether it be coupons for free dining, cash, a specialty service or a Beanie Baby, any gift is welcome, said PTA member Stacie Pine. Westlake Elementary hopes to raise $30,000 at its second annual silent auction and dinner dance.
Proceeds from the auction will help rewire the school’s campus for computers and buy new playground equipment.
Tickets to the auction are $55 per person, which includes a four-course meal and live music at the Hyatt Westlake Plaza. Cocktail attire is required. The evening begins at 7 p.m.
